ABOUT THE ROLE
As one of our brilliant Solutions Consultants, you will be part of the Solutions Team, which forms a key link between our prospects, our customers and the rest of the business. The role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product and Engineering. The work covers technical discovery, demos, solution design, and customer integrations - helping customers realise value quickly, and feeding real-world insights back into the roadmap.

Supporting pre-sales engagements by:
Presenting KYND’s products and platform in technical pre-sales discussions
Working with the sales team to develop and maintain an understanding of our prospects’ businesses and needs, and how KYND’s products are best able to meet these needs
Ensure that KYND’s products can be successfully embedded into prospect’s workflows and will quickly drive value
Support with technical and product details and competitive differentiation in the preparation and presentation of proposals and solutions
Taking ownership of the technical elements of RFP and related security questionnaire responses.
Driving customer adoption of our products by:
Drafting business process flows for customers wishing to use and integrate with KYND’s products
Troubleshooting/explaining integration issues and bugs as they arise
Onboarding new customers quickly so that they can unlock the value they seek from KYND
Collaborating with Product Managers and Engineering:
Informing our prioritisation and future development with insights from customer interactions
Supporting the prototyping and testing of new features and capabilities
Ensuring that integrations and flows continue to align with best practices
ABOUT YOU
You are equal parts technical translator, customer partner, and practical problem-solver. You’re comfortable getting into the weeds of an integration one minute and presenting a clear, jargon-free story to a room of stakeholders the next.
What you've done:
4+ years in a Solutions Consultant / Implementation Consultant / Technical Consultant / Sales Engineer (or similar) role for a SaaS product company
Proven track record running technical discovery and turning ambiguous requirements into a clear solution and delivery plan.
Hands-on with typical SaaS integration building blocks (and happy troubleshooting when things don’t behave):
APIs (REST), JSON, webhooks, Postman/Insomnia
Data mapping/schemas, basic SQL, CSV/S3/SFTP (as relevant)
Authentication patterns (API keys, OAuth2; SSO knowledge a plus if applicable)
Confident in producing crisp written outputs: solution notes, integration plans, and responses for RFP/security questionnaires.
Comfortable partnering closely with Product and Engineering: raising high-quality issues, articulating trade-offs, and helping prioritise what matters for customers.

What else might be useful:
Cyber/insurance/risk domain exposure (or strong interest and evidence of learning fast in a new domain).
Experience building reusable assets that scale a team: reference architectures, integration guides, demo narratives/environments, templates, playbooks.
Enjoys variety and ambiguity – gets energy from switching between discovery, demoing, solution design, and onboarding/integration work.
