About the role:

KYND is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support our client reporting and internal analytics functions.

We are expanding our US Operations team with a data specialist who can contribute to client reporting, support sales strategy, and provide operational insights through the analysis and cultivation of our internal data sets.

You will collaborate closely with a UK-based counterpart with three years of experience at KYND and another Operations Team member based in the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate data into metrics, visualizations, and goals
  • Conduct consumer data research and analyses
  • Create and review our current suite of client reports that are sent out monthly
  • Extract actionable insights from large databases
  • Perform quantitative analysis to support decision-making
  • Communicate with organizational leaders to understand informational needs
  • Write SQL queries for data warehouses
  • Collect data from primary and secondary sources
  • Support financial reports
  • Develop operational data strategy, creating a measurement framework, KPIs, and data architecture
  • Support other Operations Team specialists in research, automation, and client support
  • Participate in or lead projects by completing and updating project documentation, managing project scope, adjusting schedules when necessary, determining daily priorities, and ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, a related field, or demonstrable equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analysis role
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in cybersecurity, cyber risk management, or other risk management and governance environments.
